All children have the right to receive the care and support needed to help them to reach their individual learning potential. In Scotland, we have an inclusive educational system which focuses on overcoming barriers to learning and Getting it Right for Every Child (GIRFEC). It is recognised that some children need additional support to benefit fully from their nursery experience.
At Victoria Road Nursery our inclusive approach strives to ensure that all children are treated equally and supported to maximise learning opportunities that are age and stage appropriate.
